Aimie brings long experience as a teacher and mom to her HR role. Aimie is an expert at providing structured processes and disciplined record keeping that compensate for Michael’s less structured management style. She established and maintains all of Caravel’s tax, payroll and payment processing systems, and overseas the implementation of all Human Resource policies and procedures. She is a resource for every Caravel employee, someone that will listen and take action on any issues that arise.
Outside of Caravel, Aimie has been consistently involved in multiple charities and educational institutions. Currently, Aimie helped established and remains actively involved in Redeemer Lutheran Church’s food pantry and other Center of Faith community outreach programs. She is anAdvisory Board member for Riverside School, where she used to teach. She enjoys yoga, hiking, traveling, and transforming their Nelson County farm into an irresistible magnet for future grandkids.
